As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Tall Cop Says Stop, Jessica plays a vital leadership role and is responsible for managing the organization’s daily operations, fostering strategic growth, and ensuring the continued success of its mission to educate and empower communities against substance abuse. The COO works closely with the founder, Jermaine Galloway, to expand the company's reach and impact. Lauren Marr
Lauren is the owner of Marr Impact Solutions, LLC, and has been providing her executive services to Tall Cop Says Stop for three years. She excels in client management and professional support, bringing passion and dedication to the company’s mission of delivering the most current drug and alcohol trend education to professionals nationwide. Hayley Blanco - Project Coordinator
Hayley specializes in providing comprehensive support for various initiatives as a Special Projects Manager for J. Chad Professional Training dba Tall Cop Says Stop. Hayley offers a broad range of services designed to enhance marketing efforts, educational outreach, and organizational efficiency. Her tasks include managing social media strategies, creating graphics for marketing materials, and designing educational resources to ensure impactful messaging.
In addition to her core responsibilities, she oversees the management of the organization’s database, curates and schedules the monthly educational newsletter, and edits the podcast to support the organization in releasing frequent, high-quality content. Hayley takes on additional projects as needed, working closely with the team to support the organization's mission. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for impactful communication, she ensures that every project she undertakes aligns with the values of Tall Cop Says Stop. Outside of her professional life, Hayley is a dedicated wife and mother, who loves to unwind by baking and decorating cookies for family and friends. She cherishes spending quality time with her family, creating memories, and finding balance in life’s little joys.
