Our Team
Jessica Galloway - COO
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Tall Cop Says Stop, Jessica plays a vital leadership role and is responsible for managing the organization’s daily operations, fostering strategic growth, and ensuring the continued success of its mission to educate and empower communities against substance abuse. The COO works closely with the founder, Jermaine Galloway, to expand the company's reach and impact. In her spare time, she loves hanging with her family and friends, traveling the world, and reading as many books as she can! She can be reached at jessica@tallcopsaysstop.com.
Lauren Marr - Executive Office Coordinator
Lauren Marr serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant at Tall Cop Says Stop. She has been with the company for almost three years, managing administrative tasks, client relations, project oversight, and conference oversight. Lauren is passionate about supporting the organization’s mission to educate the nation on current drug and alcohol trends.
In addition to her role at Tall Cop Says Stop, Lauren is a full-time college student working toward becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work and school, she enjoys working out, reading, solving puzzles, and painting. You can contact her at laurenm@tallcopsaysstop.com.
Hayley Blanco - Project Coordinator
Hayley has spent her entire career devoted to emergency services, a journey that began as a teenage lifeguard and evolved into a lifelong passion. Over the years, she has worn many hats in the field—EMT, rescue technician, 911 dispatcher for both ambulance and law enforcement, and for the last five years, a Texas peace officer.
Hayley has earned a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management and a master’s in Public Administration. Her commitment to service extended beyond routine duties; deploying with FEMA to respond to numerous hurricanes and playing a pivotal role in managing the COVID-19 crisis in an emergency management capacity.
In 2023, her life changed in the most beautiful way. She fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a mother, welcoming her first son. When he was only two weeks old, Jermaine and Jessica offered her an incredible opportunity to work for them as a Special Projects Coordinator. This new role allowed her to retire from policing and embrace the joy of being a full-time mom while continuing to contribute professionally in a meaningful way.
She looks forward to the adventures and challenges still ahead, knowing that every chapter has led her to exactly where she is today. You can contact her at hayley@tallcopsaysstop.com.
